This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract, using audience data to drive engagement and growth. In this new role, through data-driven insights you will focus on the supporter engagement and fundraising strategies. As the Data Analyst you are tasked with embedding a data-focused culture, where data is utilised to make important business decisions across Keech Hospice.

 

What You’ll do

  • Provide strategic insights to support supporter engagement, retention, and fundraising growth
  • Develop data-driven strategies and predictive analytics to forecast supporter behaviour trends and better engagement
  • Analyse and report on integrated campaigns and product performance for actionable insights to enhance future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Project Manager on the procurement and implementation of a new CRM system (currently Donorflex), ensuring it aligns with our data needs.
  • Evaluate CRM vendors and ensure supporter data segmentation and targeting are optimised for better engagement.
  • Support the design and implementation of automated workflows to streamline data collection, processing, and communication, enhancing efficiency and supporter engagement.
  • Provide training to team members on data literacy and CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection principles in all data management processes.

 

What You’ll need

  • Proven experience in senior data analysis, business intelligence, or data insights role, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector
  • Strong experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) and supporting system implementation projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical data into actionable business insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to enhancing data accuracy and integrity.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, project managers, and senior leaders to drive impactful outcomes.
