Are you a skilled Complementary Therapist passionate about making a difference in the lives of palliative care patients?

What you will do

Advise, support, and involve families and carers in simple therapy techniques.
Provide hands-on complementary therapies to patients.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Collaborate with the Complementary Therapy team to enhance service offerings.
Attend briefings to ensure continuity of care and educate health care colleagues.
Contribute to the training of complementary therapy volunteers.
Maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Essential

Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering complementary therapy.
Nationally recognised qualification
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a healthcare setting and integrate therapies with conventional medicine.

Desirable

Experience in a palliative care setting and working with children.
Nationally recognized qualification in more than one therapy, including massage.
Ability to cope with situations in a palliative care setting.
